After successfully passing your required training. Schedule your exam through PSI.

After passing your Maryland state exam. You need to apply for your llicense(click 1st link below), and choose a broker in order for your license to be active (broker search 2nd link below). If you do not have a broker when you apply, your license will be in an inactive state.

you have made it to getting a real estate license and finding a broker to work with. You need to join the realtor associations. Start local and they will tie you in with the state and national. You can join any associaltion you disire and as many as you desire. But, they fees are heavy so you definitly want to check around. Click the link below to find a list of local boards in Maryland.
